What areas does The Nappy Taxi service?

Currently The Nappy Taxi only services Bellingen to Corindi Beach and out to Nana Glen but this will change if there becomes enough demand in other areas….so tell your friends.

 

How much does it cost?

For the modern cloth service it is $35 per week

For the BYO service it is also only $35 per week

Cheap Right!

 

What days do pick-up/deliveries take place?

Bellingen - Tuesday and Friday

Coffs Harbour – Tuesday Friday

Corindi Beach - Tuesday and Friday

Nana Glen – Tuesday and Friday

Although as the business grows these days may change, with ample notice of course!

 

When I sign up for a service, how long until I receive my Starter Kit or nappies?

Upon full payment you will receive your starter kit within a week if not immediately.

 

Do I own my nappies when my service ends?

Of course, they are all yours as soon as the minimum six months leasing period ends.

 

How do I know I’m not getting someone else’s nappies?
All clients have their own set of individually numbered modern cloth nappies which are used exclusively by the clients. At no time are the nappies mixed up or swapped between clients. For the duration of your service period your nappies are used only by you, well not you, we know our nappies are good but let’s be realistic your child will appreciate them more.

In the very rare notification of sickness among any of our clients, all nappies will be quarantined, washed and dried separately in different machines and delivered back to the client ate no extra cost obviously.

 

How will I remember to put my nappies out? What happens if I forget?
If you’re anything like me you have forgotten on more than one occasion to put the rubbish bin out for collection.  So at the Nappy Taxi we make it easy for you to remember by sending you an SMS reminder on the nights you are due to place your nappies out for collection.

If still you happen to miss the pick-up, you can drop your crappy nappies at 2 of our convenient collection depots where your freshly laundered nappies will be waiting for you.  These depots are Tabatinga Coffs Harbour and Hopscotch Preschool at Boambee
 

What if I am going on holidays? What are my options?
Well if you’re lucky enough to have the time to go on a holiday then The Nappy taxi would love to make it as easy as possible. You can put your service on hold with us providing you give 48 hours’ notice, minimum.

 

If not, will collect your nappies on your last service day before your hold starts, have them cleaned and then hold them until your return.

 

I have more than one child in nappies how am I meant to afford two or more services?

We understand, I personally had three in nappies at once. So that’s why for an additional service its ½ price for 2^nd additional services it is only a ¼ of the price and if you have four children in nappies we commend you bravery and will give you your 4^th service free. I know, I know we are way to kind!

 

  I freaking <3 The Nappy Taxi - I tell all my friends about it so….. What do I get out of it…… a discount maybe?

Well I suppose so. How about for every person you sign up we will take 10% of you weekly bill. Sign 10 and you will get the service free for a minimum of 6 months. Remember at The Nappy Taxi we rely heavily on word of mouth referrals.

 

Can I send my nappies to day care?

Of course! We even supply you with a wet dry bag to make this easier on both you and your day care teachers

 

Won’t they stink my house out though?!

You would think so, but NO. By using the flushable bamboo liners to get rid of solids in combination with The Nappy Taxi Dry Soak Solution odours are practically absent If stored correctly.

At The Nappy Taxi we strive for perfection, if you have a complaint, please do not hesitate, to let us know by calling or emailing us so we can rectify the problem ASAP.
